A crucial healthcare facility providing essential services to its community needed to ensure uninterrupted access and minimize parking disruptions. CasTech, in collaboration with the owners, divided the lot into 21 zones for comprehensive rehabilitation, including sealcoating, crack sealing, asphalt repairs, SureFlex application, and restriping.
Despite challenges like adverse weather and limited work areas, CasTech maintained high-quality standards, completing each zone within 3-5 business days on average, keeping the project on schedule while accommodating the facility’s needs.
The rehabilitation optimized parking spaces and restriped handicap areas to meet ADA regulations without compromising accessibility. Emergency vehicles were rerouted to alternative entrances, ensuring continuous ER access. This meticulous planning and execution met the facility’s requirements for a full parking lot rehabilitation while maintaining operational continuity and safety.
