How CasTech Plans Commercial Asphalt Repairs
Repair the affected area with the right scope
CasTech reviews potholes, broken edges, depressions, recurring patches, and areas where the pavement has lost support. We assess the surrounding asphalt as well as the visible damage before recommending a repair. A small surface defect and a failed section beneath an entrance can require different work.
Our team explains whether localized repair is appropriate or whether a broader asphalt paving or replacement scope deserves consideration. Where isolated cracks are the main concern, we may recommend crack sealing as part of the maintenance plan.
Account for support, water, and surrounding features
During our site review, CasTech considers drainage paths, nearby inlets, curbs, roots, and signs of settlement. We identify concerns that could affect the repair and explain any further evaluation needed before the scope is finalized. We do not assume that covering damaged asphalt will resolve an underlying problem.

Coordinate closures and reopening
You provide operating hours, delivery schedules, and entrances or routes that must remain available. CasTech develops the repair sequence and temporary closure plan around those needs. We explain when the repaired area can reopen based on the material, site conditions, and work completed; we do not apply one turnaround time to every repair.
If markings need to be restored, our team coordinates parking lot striping with surface readiness. We can also scope commercial parking lot sealcoating for suitable surrounding pavement.
