In July 2023, we helped a military technology manufacturer prepare six parking lots in Fort Walton Beach for a major on-site event. The work covered more than 21,000 square yards and combined pavement repairs, crack treatment, spray-applied sealcoating, and full restriping.
Preparing the campus for the event
Our crew completed hot-patch repairs and crack treatment before the surface coating. We then restored the parking and traffic markings, including the accessible areas in the scope.
The project needed to improve the condition and appearance of the parking areas while fitting the client’s event timetable. With six lots across an operating campus, the sequence of the work mattered as much as the finish.

Organizing the work across six lots
We used a phased plan to coordinate the repair areas, coating, and painting with campus access. Work zones and reopening arrangements needed to make sense for the facility team and for the people continuing to use the property.
The completed areas brought a more consistent surface and clearer parking layout to the campus ahead of the event. The repairs and renewed markings addressed the immediate project needs while supporting the property’s ongoing pavement maintenance.
Plan a campus project with us
If you have an event deadline or several parking areas to coordinate, contact our team or call (850) 860-0014. We’ll discuss the location, scale, and operating requirements first. Larger projects beyond our routine Pensacola-area site-review range begin with a phone conversation about feasibility and logistics.
