Installation and replacement considerations
Before a CasTech installation, our crew checks the approved layout, block alignment, pavement condition, and anchoring method. Asphalt and concrete may need different installation details. If the supporting pavement is unsuitable for the proposed anchors, we identify the repair needed before installing a replacement block.
CasTech inspects existing units for cracks, displacement, exposed reinforcement, loose anchors, and surrounding pavement damage. Where the support has failed, we coordinate approved asphalt repair before replacement. Our proposal includes removal of old units and anchors when needed. For a complete parking refresh, we coordinate block positioning with parking lot striping so blocks and stalls align.
