A crucial healthcare facility that provides essential life-saving services to its community needed to maintain uninterrupted access and minimize parking disruptions throughout a significant project. CasTech, working closely with the facility’s management, devised a strategic plan to divide the parking lot into 19 manageable zones. Each zone underwent thorough rehabilitation, including sealcoating, crack sealing, asphalt repairs, SureFlex application, and restriping.
Despite various challenges, CasTech maintained high standards and efficiency, completing each zone effectively. Our demonstrated commitment to quality has led to an ongoing partnership with the facility. CasTech has now been awarded the contract to extend our services to the remaining half of the parking lot, covering approximately 65,000 square yards of asphalt rehabilitation. This ongoing engagement underscores our dedication to supporting the facility’s operational needs while enhancing their parking infrastructure.
