Our Story
A Legacy of Hard Work.
CasTech was founded in 2004 by Larry Whitten, a proud veteran and entrepreneur, with a vision to raise the standard in parking lot maintenance through honest work, dependable results, and long-term relationships.
After Larry’s passing in 2021, his wife Patrice S. Whitten, a successful business leader and community advocate, continued his legacy with strength and grace. Today, under the management of Larry and Patrice’s daughter, Dana, Vice President of Business Development, and her husband, Josh McDonald, Vice President of Operations, daughter Rachel Lavelle, Vice President of Marketing, and daughter Megan Cordingly, Business Analytics Consultant, CasTech remains a family-led business, honoring the foundation Larry built while driving it forward into the future.
A Future of Opportunity.
