Fresh white and yellow parking lot lines with ADA handicap stall markings at a Pensacola commercial lot

We refreshed the striping at this Pensacola property, including the accessible parking area near the entrance. The work brought clear parking boundaries back to the existing asphalt without making a full coating project part of the scope.

Giving the entrance a clearer layout

Our crew renewed the white stall lines, blue accessible-area borders, and diagonal access-aisle hatching. The finished markings distinguish the parking spaces from the area people need to get out of their vehicles and approach the building.

Existing wheel stops, the parking row, and the entrance all form part of that arrangement. We consider how those features work together when planning parking lot striping.

Knowing when a focused restripe makes sense

A property does not always need the same package of services. If the surface is suitable, renewed markings can improve an unclear parking layout even when coating is not planned.

We still assess the pavement and the intended arrangement before painting. Failed asphalt needs a repair decision, and accessible parking needs attention to the spaces, aisles, signs, and route toward the building. Simply tracing old lines may miss changes in how the property is used.
