Freshly sealcoated Pensacola parking lot with crisp white and yellow striping and ADA markings

We sealcoated the paved access areas at a storage facility in Pace, Florida, including the drive-up lanes between rows of units. The work renewed the pavement surface in the spaces customers use to reach their units, load vehicles, and move through the property.

Caring for the lanes between the units

At a storage facility, the pavement beside the unit doors is a working part of the business. Customers may arrive with trailers, moving vehicles, or belongings to load, so those aisles need as much attention as the larger parking area near the front.

Our sealcoating work covered those access lanes and the paved areas around the facility buildings, bringing a more consistent finish to the property.

Planning access by section

When we prepare a similar project, we discuss gate hours, expected moves, unit access, and staff requirements with the facility manager. We then identify the rows affected by each stage and explain when those areas can return to use.

We assess the pavement before recommending coating. Damaged asphalt, suitable cracks for treatment, stains, and drainage concerns all affect the preparation and repair scope. We distinguish that work from the coating itself so you know what the proposal includes.
