We treated cracks and sealcoated the parking lot at a Pensacola dental office, preparing the surface for a subsequent striping refresh. The project focused on preserving the existing asphalt and renewing its appearance around the patient parking area.
Addressing cracks before coating
Our crew prepared and treated the pavement cracks, cleaned the surface, and applied the sealcoat. The work brought a more uniform finish to the parking area while addressing the crack treatment included in the project.
This was a pavement-preservation scope. We assess the condition of the lot before recommending that approach so damaged areas needing more substantial repair receive a separate decision.

Preparing for the next stage
Coating and striping need to be planned together even when they are separate stages. The surface must be ready for paint, and the final layout needs to fit the entrances, parking rows, and accessible approach.
At an occupied dental office, we also discuss patient access and appointment hours with the property team. We explain the temporary closures and reopening sequence so the office can prepare staff and patients for the work.
