We repaired a large pothole at an active hotel and followed with sealcoating and renewed parking lot striping. The work addressed the damaged vehicle route and refreshed the wider parking area’s appearance and layout.
Rebuilding the failed section
Our crew removed the failing asphalt, restored the supporting material where needed, and placed and compacted the repair. We finished the patch in relation to the surrounding pavement before moving on to the broader surface work.
The size and condition of the failed area called for more than covering the opening. We addressed that repair as a separate stage within the overall parking lot project.

Renewing the lot around hotel activity
After the repaired and prepared surface was ready, we completed the sealcoating and restored the parking markings. The finished work brought a more even vehicle route through the repaired area and clearer parking boundaries across the lot.
We coordinated temporary work areas with the property’s access needs. For a similar hotel, we discuss guest arrivals, service access, parking demand, and the available work windows before confirming the sequence and reopening arrangements.
