We sealcoated and restriped the paved areas at a self-storage facility, renewing the surface and bringing clearer markings back to its parking and drive lanes. The work helped define the spaces customers use to move around the property and reach their units.
Preparing and renewing the paved areas
Our crew removed debris and interfering vegetation, prepared the affected surface areas, and applied the sealcoat. We followed with new parking and directional markings once the pavement was ready for paint.
The finished layout gives the facility a more consistent appearance and clearer directions through the paved areas. Preparation and coating were coordinated with the final lines rather than treated as unrelated tasks.

Planning around unit access
Storage customers need access along the aisles, not only at the front office. We coordinated work in phases with the facility team and considered parked vehicles, unit access, and the space available for temporary closures.
For a similar project, we discuss gate hours, scheduled moves, and the rows affected by each stage. We then explain the work sequence and reopening instructions so the manager can prepare customers for the temporary arrangements.
