We completed a pavement refresh at a large apartment complex, combining localized asphalt repairs, sealcoating, and new parking lot striping. The work addressed potholes, worn asphalt, and faded markings across a property with several entrances and parking arrangements.
Repairing and renewing the resident parking areas
Our crew repaired the failed sections, treated cracks in the project scope, and prepared the pavement for coating. We then restored the stall lines, accessible parking markings, directional arrows, and crosswalks included in the layout.
The completed work brought a more consistent surface and clearer parking arrangement to the complex. Those improvements are part of residents’ daily experience as they arrive home, park, and walk through the property.

Coordinating a phased project
Resident access and vehicle relocation shaped the work sequence. We coordinated temporary work areas with the property team and used signs and access controls around the active stages.
For a similar community, we discuss entrances, assigned parking, loading needs, and resident communication before confirming the plan. The repair, coating, and painting stages also need the appropriate conditions and time before traffic returns, so we provide reopening instructions for each area.
