We refreshed accessible-parking and entrance-approach markings at an automotive property in Pensacola. The work brought a clearer blue border and white hatching to the access aisle, along with yellow curb and approach markings beside the storefront.
Giving customers a clearer route
At an automotive property, customer arrivals, parked vehicles, and service activity can compete for space near the building. The marked access aisle helps distinguish the area that needs to stay clear for people getting out of vehicles and approaching the entrance.
Our striping work connected those visible markings with the surrounding parking arrangement, giving the approach a more consistent appearance and clearer definition.

Reviewing accessibility as a connected layout
We look at parking spaces, access aisles, signs, surface conditions, and the route into the building together when assessing accessibility improvements. New paint is one part of that work; the dimensions and condition of the route also matter. ADA.gov’s accessible parking guidance explains the principal features.
For a similar property, we discuss operating hours and customer access with the manager before planning the work zones. Our crew handles the agreed pavement preparation and markings and confirms when the area can reopen.
