Project spotlight: condo parking garage restriping with ADA compliance, striping, and traffic markers

We restriped a condominium parking garage after its concrete deck received a specialty coating. Our assignment was to restore the previous parking configuration while respecting the new finish and the property’s resident-access needs.

Recreating the established layout

Our scope included parking stalls, accessible spaces, directional arrows, stall numbers, and lane lines. We used the available plans, reference points, and measurements to re-establish the arrangement the property wanted to retain.

The coated surface required attention to readiness and paint compatibility. We coordinated the striping with the coating requirements before applying the new markings.

Protecting the finish while restoring the markings

Our crew prepared the layout and applied the striping within the agreed work areas. The finished markings brought clear boundaries and directions back to the garage while preserving the new coating.

We also coordinated temporary access with the condominium team. In a garage, limited staging space and residents’ vehicle needs make that planning especially important.

Planning a similar garage project

If your garage is being coated, retaining photos or plans of the existing layout can help us confirm the arrangement before the old markings disappear. We review the intended parking configuration, surface readiness, and access needs with you before scheduling the painting.
