Freshly painted parking stall lines, handicap symbol, and directional arrows on sealed asphalt

We renewed a large commercial parking lot with crack treatment, sealcoating, and fresh striping. The project addressed wear across the asphalt surface and restored a more clearly defined parking layout.

Working through the pavement needs

Our crew prepared and treated the cracks, completed the localized asphalt repairs included in the scope, and coated the treatment areas. We followed with renewed parking boundaries and traffic markings once the surface was ready.

The work was completed in phases. That sequence allowed the crack treatment, repairs, coating, and markings to be coordinated while the property team planned around temporary closures.

Bringing the parking area back into focus

The finished surface and fresh lines provide a clearer distinction between the parking rows and circulation areas. The project also demonstrates why a maintenance proposal should explain each treatment separately: coating and paint do different work from crack treatment and asphalt repair.

When we review a similar lot, we discuss pavement condition, traffic patterns, entrances, and the space available for temporary parking. We then develop the proposed work sequence with the property team and provide reopening instructions for each treated area.
