CasTech crew striping fresh parking lot lines adjacent to sealcoated pavement

We rehabilitated pavement at a medical complex in Crestview, Florida, organizing the work into 21 zones so the facility could maintain critical access while the parking areas were renewed. Emergency and primary clinic entrances were central to the plan from the start.

A coordinated repair and preservation program

Our scope combined crack sealing, localized asphalt repairs, sealcoating, targeted SureFlex treatment, and renewed parking lot striping. The work also included adjustments to accessible parking layouts and directional markings.

Different parts of the property needed different attention. We coordinated the localized repairs and higher-wear areas with the broader surface treatment, then restored the markings that connect the parking rows, entrances, and circulation routes.

Keeping the facility connected through 21 work zones

Dividing the project into 21 zones gave us a sequence for treating the pavement while maintaining the routes the facility needed. We coordinated temporary traffic arrangements and prioritized the relationship between each closure and the surrounding entrances.

A medical property serves patients, visitors, staff, and emergency vehicles throughout the day. We worked with the facility team to keep those needs in view as the repairs, surface treatment, and painting progressed.

A renewed parking environment

The completed work brought a more consistent pavement finish and clearer parking and directional markings to the complex. The phased approach allowed the facility to maintain emergency access during the rehabilitation.
