We supported a coordinated pavement-maintenance program across six military facilities, covering nearly 100,000 square yards. The work brought together surface treatments, crack sealing, targeted asphalt repairs, and renewed striping across sites with different access and approval requirements.
Coordinating more than the pavement work
The program extended across multiple states and involved prime contractors, facility contacts, and base operations. Our support included product-selection guidance, technical submittals, demonstrations, and on-site coordination for the proposed pavement systems.
That preparation helped the project teams address material questions and distinguish the needs of low-speed parking surfaces from other roadway uses. The work could then be planned around the requirements of each facility.

Bringing the treatments into a workable sequence
The combined scope included slurry and spray seal treatments, crack work, localized patching and pavement repairs, and striping for parking and fleet areas. We coordinated the treatments with the access rules, staging needs, and available weather windows at each location.
The completed program renewed pavement surfaces and parking markings across the six facilities. Clear communication about materials and scheduling was an important part of supporting that work across several sites.
Discuss a multi-site program with us
For a large property portfolio or regional program, contact our team or call (850) 860-0014. We’ll begin with a phone conversation about the locations, scope, access requirements, and logistics.
Our routine site reviews are within about 50 miles of Pensacola. Larger work farther away is considered individually, with feasibility and travel arrangements discussed before we commit to a visit or installation.
