Repairing before renewing
Our crew cleaned and prepared the pavement, treated the cracks, and completed the localized pothole repairs in the scope. We then coated the suitable asphalt areas and restored the parking and traffic markings.
The new finish and clearer lines make the parking arrangement easier to recognize. Just as importantly, the preparation and repairs were part of the work beneath that finished appearance.
Matching the approach to the existing lot
An older lot does not automatically need the same treatment throughout. We review cracking, failed areas, surface wear, and drainage before recommending a preservation or repair scope.
