CasTech crew applying sealcoat and fresh parking lot striping

We provided pavement maintenance at an Arby’s restaurant, combining repairs, sealcoating, and new parking lot markings. Our work helped bring the parking area and customer route back into clearer view at a property with frequent arrivals and departures.

Restoring the surface and markings

The project included crack treatment and localized asphalt repairs before the coating work. Our crew then refreshed the parking and traffic markings, including the accessible areas in the project scope.

That sequence allowed us to address the worn pavement first and complete the layout on the prepared surface. The finished lines give customers a clearer parking pattern, while the renewed coating creates a more consistent appearance around the restaurant.

Keeping restaurant access in view

For a fast-food property, the parking lot, pickup area, and drive-through cannot be planned separately from restaurant operations. We discuss those routes with the property team and identify where temporary closures will affect customers, employees, and deliveries.

When we develop a similar proposal, we explain the repair areas, coating scope, replacement markings, and work sequence together. The restaurant can then prepare for the closures and reopening instructions associated with each stage.
